Syphan Hardware Platform

The Syphan ITC220 has been engineered, from chip-level up, to deliver true 10G throughput performance to protect both service providers’ and their clients’ networks. With low latency, total packet inspection it is purpose designed to operate in the high-speed, IP-based customer services environment including protection for HTTP transactions, VoIP communications, multi-media streaming and IPTV applications.

Based on a 1U rack mount chassis supporting dual, full duplex 10 Gb/ s connectivity the ITC220 supports throughput speeds of 40 Gb/ s with sub 64 nanosecond inspection latency. Each appliance includes 4 SFP+ ports, is fully resilient and fail safe with flexible campus-wide clustering options of up to 4 ITC220s for ISP and data centre deployments
