Syphan Annnounce US VAR Partnership Agreement
9th April 2009, Skipton, UK – Syphan Technologies, the global leader in high-performance network security technology, has announced its first US VAR partnership agreement ahead of the company’s initial product launch at the 2009 RSA Conference. Following the agreement, San Francisco based Variable Path Inc., will add the Syphan ITC220 appliance to the list of world-class networking technologies it supports.
The Syphan ITC220 is the industry’s first integrated threat control appliance capable of total packet inspection (L7+) at True 10G throughput speeds, without creating a latency bottleneck. It is aimed at the high-performance enterprise network, where 10G is the norm for the corporate IT backbone. It is also being targeted at the MSP sector as a platform for Cloud-based security services; with each appliance capable of supporting up to 500 customised security profiles, the ITC220 gives service providers the opportunity to leverage additional high recurring revenues from their 10G infrastructure.
