Pravin Mirchandani - CEO
Pravin Mirchandani is a telecoms veteran with over 20 years experience in the networking industry and one of the founders of Syphan Technologies. He has served in management and technical positions for large companies such as Nortel Networks and Bay Networks, as well as start-ups like Orchestream and Codima, where his major focus has been the introduction of market-changing technologies to achieve transformational business success. Pravin has also acted as a management consultant advising young companies on how to manage and grow their business, and helping venture capital firms evaluate potential investments. As CEO, Pravin is responsible for the daily management of Syphan Technologies.
Russell Haggar - Non-Executive Director
Russell has over two decades of operational experience within the broadband datacoms industry, including equipment vendors, technology strategy consulting and investing. He was Product Director with Element 14, a broadband semiconductor start-up acquired by Broadcom in 2000 for $650 million, and a founding partner of DFJ Esprit, one of the UK's leading technology venture capital firms. Other companies that he has worked at include Madge Networks, Marconi, Prelude Ventures and Scientific Generics. He has consulted to leading service providers and network operators, including BT, Virgin Media and Swisscom, and to product companies such as Nortel, Ericsson and 3Com. He is currently a director at Enlightened Technology.
